About Me

Picture of myself!
(Sorry for the blurry photo)
Hi! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Sally Kim, and I attend Joaquin Miller Middle School. I am a seventh grader, and I am also running for Student Council Officer. Some of my hobbies are swimming, playing the violin, and participating in Miller's Speech and Debate.
Some reasons why you should vote me, Sally Kim for Student Council Officer (SCO) is because I am reliable, hardworking, and passionate.
Whenever I make a promise, I follow through with it. Being reliable is an important trait for a SCO because when working as a team, you have to be trusted and reliable.
I am also very hardworking. I put my best effort into everything I do, and I will not make Student Council and exception. I know that being a Student Council Officer is a big responsibility to have, and I can handle it. I promise I will work very hard if I am Student Council Officer.
Lastly, I am passionate. In my opinion, being passionate and hardworking trumps any amount of experience. Although I may not have as much experience as other candidates, I am twice as passionate. I feel as if a burning sensation to contribute to the school has erupted within myself. While others may complain about a heavy workload, I am glad. Being a Student Council Officer is an honor, not a burden that one should carry.
Thank you for reading, and remember, don't dally, vote Sally!
